What do real estate salespeople do?

With your salesperson license, you work under the supervision and sponsorship of a broker. You make a living by listing, selling, renting, managing, relocating and auctioning residential or commercial properties.

Is it easy to find work as a real estate salesperson?
Real estate in New York is hotter than ever! Brokers are always hiring to keep up with the demand.

Is it true that a real estate salesperson can make tons of cash?
What you make is up to you. There is unlimited income potential. The more you work, and the more effort you put into it means the more money you make. Brokers commissions on average are about 6% of the sales price. Usually, a salesperson gets 50% of the broker's commission. Basically, the skies the limit.
